A simple, secure 5-step warehouse collection process.

Order Online

Choose your product and complete payment. *A shipping address is required at checkout for tax compliance.

Step 2

Confirm Slot

Our team will email you within 1-2 business days to confirm your pickup slot, warehouse address, and unique Reference Number.

Step 3

Save Code

Keep your Pickup Reference Number safe. It is required by warehouse staff for order collection.

Step 4

Collect

Visit the designated warehouse to collect your order within 5 business days of receiving your reference number.

Step 5

Completed

Once the staff verifies your reference number and hands over the goods, your order will be marked as complete.

     Self Pickup FAQs

    Our pickup warehouses are located in Melbourne and Sydney. The exact address will be emailed to you along with your Pickup Reference Number.

    Pickup is available Monday to Friday only:

    • Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:50 AM
    • Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

    Note: Pickups are strictly unavailable during the lunch break (11:50 AM – 12:30 PM).

    Please bring:

    • Your Pickup Reference Number
    • A valid photo ID

    Yes. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule your specific pickup slot.

    Orders are typically ready for collection within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

    Orders must be collected within 5 business days after your scheduled pickup date.

    Please contact us immediately at service.au@wattcycle.com. We will recalculate your total based on the original product price plus standard shipping fees. The difference between this new total and your original order amount will be charged as the shipping upgrade fee.

    Yes. The shipping savings are already reflected in the pickup price. You can still apply holiday promo codes or social media discounts at checkout, unless specified otherwise by a specific promotion.

    Yes. You can open the box and inspect the item on-site before finalizing the pickup. If you change your mind during inspection, we accept immediate on-site returns and our team will assist you with the refund process.
