This user recently purchased and used WattCycle batteries at his own expense, and in the new version (2.5), several improvements are clearly visible: upgraded packaging (thicker boxes, foam, and wooden protection), recessed terminals for better safety, a lighted power switch, more durable terminal covers, and longer communication cables. Internally, the battery still uses 102Ah BYD cells, with minor changes such as a repositioned temperature sensor and engraved QR codes on the cells.
