Shipping Policy


Thank you for choosing WattCycle for your LiFePO4 battery needs! We understand that getting your batteries quickly and safely is important to you. This policy outlines the shipping process for WattCycle orders.

Destinations:

  • We ship to ALL locations in Australia

Shipping Fee:

  • Shipping costs for LiFePO4 batteries are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery destination of the order. The cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • WA, NT will need to charge some shipping cost base on weight. 
  • If the location of the other states (SA, NSW, QLD, VIC) is too far away from city, we might need to charge extra cost.
  • We ship to ALL locations in Australia
  • Shipping method: Team Global Express, Allied Express, AU Post & PFL

Shipping time:

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 2 business days
  • Shipping time: 3-7 business days
  • The shipping will delay for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.

  • To improve service transparency, please note the updated process for truck shipments (LTL orders):

    After a large battery order is confirmed, we will send you an email to verify that you are ready for shipment. Once we receive your confirmation, we will request shipping quotes from our logistics partners on the same day.

    On the following day, we will confirm the final freight cost and arrange a truck pickup. The order will then be shipped as scheduled.

    The entire process typically takes about 48 hours, starting from the time we receive your confirmation.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
