WattCycle After-Sales Policy

This policy applies to product returns, refunds, and order processing for items purchased through official WattCycle channels and authorized distributors.

I. Order Cancellation

Shipped orders cannot be intercepted or cancelled. Customers may apply for a return and refund after receiving the package in accordance with the return policy, or refuse the package upon delivery.

II. Receiving Exception Handling

If you discover any of the following issues upon delivery, please contact customer service within 48 hours and provide the required documentation:

III. Return Policy

1. 30-Day Returns

Within 30 days of receiving your product, if you are unsatisfied and the product meets the following conditions, you may apply for a return:

Return Conditions:

  • Product is unused and uninstalled
  • Product remains in original condition, no scratches or damage
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials are included
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

Fee Information:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • The refund amount will be your actual purchase price.

2. Returns Beyond 30 Days (Non-Quality Issues)

For returns due to personal reasons beyond 30 days of purchase, depreciation fees will be deducted based on the purchase duration, and restocking fees will apply.

3. Quality-Related Returns

For quality-related returns, please refer to the WattCycle Warranty Policy. Products confirmed to have quality issues within the warranty period are eligible for free replacement or refund.

4.  It is recommended to retain the original packaging intact for at least 30 days.

5. Before shipping your return, please take photos of the package, shipping label, and recorded weight. Keeping these records may help avoid potential disputes if any issues occur during transit. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

IV. Refund Policy

1. Refund Process

  • After the return request is confirmed by customer service, the product must be shipped back to the designated warehouse.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. (If you see that the product has been delivered back to the warehouse, please contact us proactively to initiate the refund.)

2. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
  • The refund amount will be calculated after final verification, deducting any applicable fees, and returned through the original payment channel.

3. Refund Inquiry

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days after it has been processed, please follow these steps to check:

  • Check your bank account or payment account
  • Contact your issuing bank or payment platform (refunds may experience processing delays)
  • Contact WattCycle customer service for assistance

VI. Return Procedure

1.  Contact Customer Service: Reach out via service@wattcycle.com, explain the reason for return, and provide your order number.

2.  Obtain Authorization: After confirming eligibility for return, customer service will provide a Return Label and return address.

3.  Pack and Ship: Securely pack the product using the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

4.  Ship and Track: Send the product back following customer service instructions and retain the tracking number.

5.  Refund Processing: Once the warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, the refund will be processed.

VII. Special Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that have been used, installed, or have incomplete packaging.
  • Packages returned directly without confirmation and a Return Label from customer service will not be processed.
  • Customized products or those with activated extended warranties may be subject to special return conditions. Please consult customer service.
  • This policy applies only to the original consumer and does not apply to secondary resale.
