- Wait for Your Code: Your unique WattCycle Pickup Code will be emailed within 2 business days of placing your order. Check your checkout email, including spam. Do not visit the warehouse without this code.
- Collect on Time: Collect during pickup hours, within 5 business days of receiving your code. Late collection will incur a warehouse storage fee, payable by you.
- Stock & Delivery: Some products are stocked at only one warehouse. If your nearest location is out of stock, or you wish to switch from pickup to delivery, contact us to arrange shipping. Additional freight must be paid before dispatch.
